VINTAGE / ANTIQUE ITEMS Generally all vintage & antique item(s) are in most cases final sales & sold in "as is condition" & are NOT Returnable.  If you have purchased an item with a coupon, a discount, or at a reduced price via an offer the item(s) are NOT returnable.  However, Sometimes under special circumstances the item(s) just don't meet your needs. DV will always try to work with you & DV's goal is to always to try to find a solution(s) in order to make you completely happy with your purchase. In these special cases where you need to return an item(s), the return must be authorized by DV prior to returning the item(s). The Item(s) must be in they're original condition as when you received them. The item(s) must not be sized, polished, cleaned, repaired, altered or modified in anyway. The item(s) must be shipped back in the original box, package, or envelope & insured. All Vintage and antique item(s) returned will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any & All Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) days of you receiving them. Return Postage Cost will Be paid by the buyer & not reimbursed. The original postage paid by the buyer is NOT refundable. 

Exchanges:

In the event an item(s) does not fit, DV will offer an exchange of the equal value. If the buyer can not find equivalent exchange of equal value the buyer may receive a credit for a future purchase or may purchase an item of higher value by paying the additional monetary amount needed.
